   Shipped a conversational assistant, MCP integrations, and an agent system that turns scattered survey, social, and engagement data into answers city leaders actually use — 40% more usage, 90% coming back. I also led the product side of Surveys — Zencity's largest line at 50%+ of ARR — building solutions to scale it.

   As a senior enterprise CSM, I drove product adoption on Zencity's biggest, most public accounts — major US & UK agencies including Chicago PD, the City of Phoenix, and the London Met — and posted the highest retention numbers in the company across my years.
